UPSSSC states the requirement in centimetres rather than fixed pixels, so the pixel count depends on your DPI. Meet the centimetre ratio and the KB range and the portal will accept it. UPSSSC PET and other UPSSSC posts share these limits, but always confirm on the current notification.

Why UPSSSC uploads get rejected

The most common mistake is compressing too far. UPSSSC wants a photo of at least 50 KB and a signature of at least 30 KB, which is larger than most exam forms, so a file squeezed down to 20 KB is rejected for being too small. A signature in full capitals is also rejected.
